If this statement was fraudulent, the administration in question would be extremely and publicly vocal about immediate legal action. This will never happen.

Raszarith claims its been nearly three and a half years since the incident as of 2022. Screenshot. However the copyright on his website is 2020. The incident, which has been warped to support ignorant judgement, occurred after I published their website at the end of 2020. This doesn't make sense because all of his accusations are fraudulent. He is so caught up in these lies the continuity of his narrative has been compromised. He tries to accuse me of what he is guilty of, but the only evidence there is points to him as the culpable party. He additionally expects people to believe in all that time after this incident I somehow had access to key components of their organization to falsify evidence the year of 2022. That whole administration knows the password to that account changes regularly, I was there when it was discussed years ago. There is no court of law in existence that would take someone's word over tangible evidence which proves otherwise.

A fraudulent claim was made against this website by the administration I have been openly critical of in an attempt to disprove the statements above. Following are my responses to Wix Support that lead to this site being re-instated in full without any alterations regarding claimed infringement.

From this and the aforementioned information provided I believe you will be able to infallibly determine I was its author. It was reviewed and approved by the individual claiming infringement before being made live. I believe the amount of time that passed while nothing changed of written text thereafter when I was removed will contribute additionally. Including but not limited to the copyright. Analysis of the writing structure of the older articles on infernalacademia.com, which predate the accusing website's existence, should further give credence my stance. Considering all who comprise the administration I believe it to be quite implausible that they were collectively unaware of what was taking place.
I have been considering all manners in which Wix can verify what I have provided in accordance with policy as I know it to be genuine.

DMCA.com ceased action after my initial reply so he tried to go through Wix directly; Shameful conduct.
Since the conflicting party knew entirely well where evidence of this was. He is now under investigation for making a fraudulent claim to the very institution which has verified my stances. [DMCA section 512(f) ] Causing undue exposure regarding everyone he is responsible for.
10 business days passed and no legal action was taken. What did occur is libel across social media corresponding to similar defamation which has taken place the years since I left The Cabal. Illuminating that the true intent of this claim was not that of legal precedent, but one of competition. Almost as if someone was trying to distract from past conduct which has been severely unaddressed. Making this a spectacle provided all which was required to illuminate true intentions.
None of the claimed infringement was able to be verified by the teams who reviewed this case. As I have stated: “There is no court of law in existence that would take someone's word over tangible evidence which proves otherwise”.
Do take note. There is not singular individual that is able to overcome the collective efforts and coordinations of even a partially formed Black Council. Unless there was something fundamentally flawed with the conduct of that administration.

At least now there is verifiable documentation to corroborate abusive manipulation of policy. A fraudulent claim to nurture fraudulent dominion.
